  1. Referred purchasers represented by a Real Estate Sales Agent/Broker are excluded.

  2. This referral from must be completed in full. Incomplete referrals will not be eligible. Fill out the referral information at the bottom of this form completely and accurately.

  3. The referral must be submitted to—and receipt acknowledged by—the Sales Manager before the purchaser enters into a sales agreement with CTX Homes.

  4. If the person you have referred enters into a sales agreement with CTX Homes and completes the purchase, you will receive a check for $500.00 sent to the address you provide above. It will be mailed from the settlement attorney’s office within 5 days of settlement.

  5. This form will be sent to CTX Homes offices along with the sales contract by the Marketing Manager to be included with the settlement documents. You will be given a copy of this original for your records.
